This Policy describes how Collection Ledger and Timber & Tobacco handle information, subscriptions, account use, and general operation of the Collection Ledger app and related services.

By accessing or using Collection Ledger, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Information and Account Use

Collection Ledger may collect and store information you provide in connection with your account and use of the app, including profile details, inventory entries, storage vault information, session logs, notes, ratings, images, and other user-submitted content.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription Policy

Collection Ledger may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

Subscription purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable. Payment will be charged through your selected platform account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Collection Ledger lawfully and responsibly. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Data Handling

We use reasonable measures to protect user information and maintain the functionality of the service. However, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.

We may use third-party providers to support hosting, authentication, subscription management, diagnostics, analytics, and related technical services necessary to operate Collection Ledger.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or services at any time. We may also revise this Policy from time to time by posting an updated version with a new effective date.

Your continued use of Collection Ledger after updates become effective means you accept the revised Policy.
