These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Collection Ledger mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Collection Ledger, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Collection Ledger is provided for personal, lawful use. You agree to use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service if required by applicable law. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so.

3. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Collection Ledger may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period

  • You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings after purchase

Pricing, features, and subscription options may change in the future where permitted by applicable platform rules and law.

5. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not give you any ownership rights in the app, content, branding, or underlying technology.

6. User Content

You are responsible for any content you submit, store, or create within the Service, including notes, images, cigar entries, session logs, and other materials.

You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that your content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law

  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful materials

  • Abuse, exploit, or misuse app features or subscription systems

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable if any feature or part of the Service becomes unavailable temporarily or permanently.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, branding, software, and other content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, secure, or free from interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collection Ledger, Timber & Tobacco, and their owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
